Our goal is to receive referrals from community resources and private individuals who have identified persons in the community with service needs. This goal allows us to fulfill our mission by providing a wide range of services that will help identify, assess and meet the needs of individuals. Completing our goal will result in clients’ needs being assessed and their ability to remain living in their homes comfortably and independently.
