1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HomeCareList.org (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Site.

2. Services Description

HomeCareList.org provides:

• Online directory listings for home care agencies
• Paid listing options for enhanced visibility
• Job posting capabilities for healthcare providers
• Basic profile management tools

We do not provide physical products or home care services directly.

3. Listing and Subscription Terms

3.1 Paid Listings

• Providers may purchase enhanced listing packages on a subscription basis
• All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Providers may cancel their subscription at any time
• No refunds will be issued for partial months
• Access to enhanced features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
• After cancellation, the enhanced profile will be removed from the Site
• Basic listing information may remain in our database unless specifically requested for removal

3.3 Profile Removal

• Agencies may request complete removal of their listing at any time for any reason, no questions asked
• Removal requests will typically be processed within 5 business days
• Removed listings cannot be recovered
• Any prepaid fees for the remainder of a billing cycle are forfeit upon removal

4. User Obligations

Users of the Site agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Not share account access with unauthorized users
• Update listing information as needed
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not post false or misleading information

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Acceptable Content

• Factual information about healthcare services
• Professional qualifications and certifications
• Service area details
• Contact information
• Job postings relevant to healthcare services

5.2 Prohibited Content

• Protected health information (PHI)
• Discriminatory or offensive material
• False or deceptive information
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Content that violates any laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

• The Site’s content and features are owned by HomeCareList.org
• Users retain ownership of their submitted content
• By posting content, users grant us a license to display and promote their information
• We may use submitted content for marketing and improvement of services

7. Limitation of Liability

HomeCareList.org:

• Provides the platform “as is” without warranties
• Is not responsible for user-submitted content
• Does not verify the accuracy of provider information
• Is not liable for service disputes between providers and their clients
• Reserves the right to modify or discontinue services

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes will be resolved through arbitration
• Users waive rights to class action lawsuits
• Venue for any legal proceedings will be Maricopa County, Arizona
• These Terms are governed by Arizona state law
• HomeCareList.org is owned and operated by VirtualTech Design LLC, an Arizona limited liability company
• Any legal claims or notices must be addressed to VirtualTech Design LLC as the legal entity operating HomeCareList.org

9. Account Security

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring their account information remains current

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Deny service to anyone for any lawful reason
• Modify or discontinue any service without notice

11. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site
• Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance
• Users will be notified of material changes
